What you need to know

Insurance is required through MBA Insurance. 

We allow unlimited miles per day when you book directly with us. Miles are limited if you book through booking platforms.

Pets are not allowed in the Thor 22FE. In the future, we may have a unit available that is pet friendly. Check back for updates!

This RV has been upgraded for your safety and comfort. Motorhomes aren't known for offering a smooth ride. The Thor 22FE features SumoSprings in the front and back and upgraded Bilstein shocks to absorb many of the bumps and bounces. A rear Hellwig sway bar, Roadmaster return-to-center steering stabilizer, and SuperSteer Trac Bar make your drive safer. 

Our Thor Freedom Elite 22FE sleeps 6, but 4 or 5 would probably be more comfortable. It has seatbelts for 4 travelers.

The beds in the Freedom Elite are a short queen in the bedroom area, a full size bed over the cab, and the convertible dinette with a 42"x68" sleeping area. If you are providing your own linens, you will need queen sheets and blankets, full size sheets and blankets, and twin sheets for the dinette. The floor plan has been provided to help you plan.

This RV is a smaller unit, but the use of space is very efficient. There is quite a bit of storage available inside of the motorhome.

An RV septic system is a little more sensitive than a home system. You should only flush toilet paper and that toilet paper should  be made specifically for the RV system. We will provide toilet paper, but if you should use more than is provided, please be sure to get RV safe toilet paper. 

An RV refrigerator is not full-size. It's closer to a large dorm size fridge. 

We want to make your trip easy for you. We've put a lot of care into stocking the RV with high quality, non-toxic products. Here's what you can expect:

• Non-toxic granite coated Carote pots and pans
• silicone cooking utensils
• Wheat straw plates, bowls, and cups. These are non-toxic and microwave safe.
• stainless steel Yeti coffee mugs with lids
• kids cups with lids
• a Keurig coffee maker with a few assorted kcups
• toaster
• 6 qt. crockpot and crock pot bags
• mixing bowls
• stainless steel/wheat straw cutting board
• baking pans for the oven
• can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, pizza cutter, kitchen scissors
• knife set
• stainless steel flatware 
• stainless steel kids flatware
• ice cube tray
• marshmallow toasting sticks
• oven mitts and silicone hot pads
• dish soap, scrub daddy, broom, dust pan, Swiffer and pads, cleaning spray, sponge, bucket, extra 13 gallon trash bags
• hand held vacuum
• nitrile gloves are provided for hooking up the gray/black tank hose
• hangers are provided on the hanging bar in the closet
• If you choose the linen package for 2: 4 towels, 14 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bath mats, 4 dish cloths, 4 dish towels, queen sheets, blanket, and pillows.
• If you choose the linen package for 4: all of the above plus extra towels and wash cloths, full size sheets and blanket, sheets and blanket for the dinette, and pillows.

When you take possession of the RV, we will go over the basics of operation with you. There will also be a manual in the unit and you will have access to videos answering frequently asked questions. 

We will go over a checklist with you before and after your trip to ensure the condition of the RV.

We ask that you return the RV to us as clean as it was when you received it. If you would rather not clean after your trip, you can add on our cleaning package. 

Please empty the gray/black tanks and fill the water and gas tank before returning the motorhome. If you are unable to do so, please contact us before returning to make arrangements.
